TOW 80 is the only Italian Authorized Training Partner, and is therefore the only company that can provide teaching within ServiceNow courses. Exclusivity is a guarantee for customers, who can be accompanied by TOW 80 throughout the platform adoption process, from the initial concept of the project to training. The training is organized in three ways: traditional classes with lectures, virtual classrooms or “on the job” training.
TOW 80 is the only company in Italy qualified to provide teaching on the Now Platform. A team of four TOW 80 instructors has been certified to provide training within ServiceNow courses.
Courses are offered in all the modalities provided by ServiceNow: virtual classes, lessons in the classic frontal form. In addition, our “on the job” training option is available: this way, the customer receives ad hoc training, having the ability to interact directly with the different modules of the platform. With this formula, the teaching is tailored to the specific needs of the customer, according to the type of use that is made of the Now Platform itself.
