These sessions are designed for HR administrators, ServiceNow administrators and consultants who need to implement, configure and administer HRSM. At the end of the lessons and the HR Implementation course, ServiceNow advises participants to gain three to six months of experience on the platform, on one or two HRSM projects, before attempting the certification exam.

• acquisire pratica nella gestione dei Case e le valutazioni HR
• consultare report e dashboard.
