The ServiceNow Human Resources Service Management (HRSM) application automates standard HR processes within the company, in order to eliminate the exchange of checklists, e-mails and phone calls by the Staff Department. An interactive course where participants will acquire in-depth knowledge and practice configuring and using the ServiceNow HRSM application.

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals and basic knowledge of Javascript

Certified Implementation Specialist – HR.

Targets

These sessions are designed for HR administrators, ServiceNow administrators and consultants who need to implement, configure and administer HRSM. At the end of the lessons and the HR Implementation course, ServiceNow advises participants to gain three to six months of experience on the platform, on one or two HRSM projects, before attempting the certification exam.

  • creare articoli di knowledge HR e conoscere i cicli di vita del Knowledge Management
  • esplorare le skill, ed assegnare Case HR sulla base delle skill
  • conoscere i profili dei dipendenti ed i vincoli di sicurezza che determinano i livelli di accesso
  • acquisire pratica nella gestione dei Case e le valutazioni HR
  • consultare report e dashboard.
