Course duration: 3 days (9: 00-17: 30)

Technical level: advanced

Prerequisites: ServiceNow Fundamentals and ITSM Fundamentals

Certification issued: Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM

The course is designed for all those customers, partners and end users engaged in technical roles (technical consultant, architect and system administrator) who need to implement ITSM applications. After two or three months of experience on the platform, as advised by ServiceNow itself, participants will be able to take the certification exam.

 

After the completion of the course, for each ITSM application, participants will be able to:

 

  • understand the functionality, security and architecture of applications
  • design solutions that meet the requirements that maximize the quality attributes of the system, such as upgradeability, maintainability and scalability
  • implement common configurations for 80% of projects.
